Make yourself a dang quesadilla!

Natalie's lunch of choice (well, I guess it's my choice) is the quesadilla. Simple and easy, and I just discovered how amazing they turn out when I heat them in a cast-iron skillet! Lately, Natalie enjoys peeling her quesadilla wedges apart. She always eats the cheese, and only sometimes eats the tortilla. Perhaps she's intent on living a low-carb lifestyle. That would explain why she licks the butter off her slices of bread, or tries to bite the bread in such a way that she maximizes butter and minimizes bread intake.
But back to the repetitive lunches. Do any of you seasoned lunch makers or lunch eaters have ideas for a toddler lunch food besides the magic quesadilla? We're trying to avoid giving her peanut butter until she's 2; otherwise PB&J would be my preference.

I'm addicted to grilled cheese, grilled tuna, and grilled ham & cheese on the George. Yum!

Jack loves hot dogs and taquitos and yogurt with strawberries. And we eat a lot of quesadillas too. Jack's all time favorite is taco meat mixed with cheese and tomatoes.

Emma's favorites:
-"pizza sandwich" which is a whole wheat English Muffin toasted, with marinara sauce smeared on it, mozarella cheese melted on it.
-turkey and swiss or American cheese sandwich
-whole wheat mini bagel with cream cheese
-Tyson chicken nuggets

We do tyson chicken tenders to dip with broccoli, carrots and baby tomoates to dip too. Another good one is boxed mac & cheese-- put peas in while the noodles cook and add the secret puree of veggies (cauliflower &/or sweet potatoes work well) my boys think it's homemade because the pureed veggies change the texture a bit.

Thanks for all your great suggestions! I'm headed to the grocery store so we can have some of these things on hand.
