Last month we went to the pumpkin patch and we discovered a pumpkin patch where pumpkins are just the tip of the iceberg. I think Natalie could have been content to watch this train all day long.
When it came to riding the toddler train, Natalie was interested, but a little apprehensive, so the guy in charge of the ride let me get on with Natalie.
This was my favorite part--and as you can see from the look on Natalie's face, she was pretty excited about it too. Natalie got to pick an apple from a wooden tree. How funny is that? I snapped this pic right before she took a bite out of the apple. No need for washing when you get them directly from the great outdoors!
I couldn't resist posting this sequence of 3 photos taken during her time on the swingset.
How tall this fall? Not quite 3 feet.
And finally, bring on the pumpkins! In case you're wondering, we chose the pumpkin in the first photo.
As a note to any local people who read this blog, if you ever go to Wickham Farms in Penfield, go inside the store and check out the "mouse hole" by the cash register. It's decked out well enough to make Jack and Gus-Gus jealous!
